Shrimp (300g)
Soda, Garlic, Green Onions
Butter, Salt, Pepper,
Seoul Sisters Kimchi Seasoning🌶️
Tomato Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Sugar
☑️ ꜱᴛᴇᴘꜱ
1. Put shrimp in a bowl.
2. Put soda into the bowl and soak shrimps for about 10 minutes.
3. Mince 6-7 cloves of garlic and set aside.
4. Mince some green onions and set aside as well.
5. Add about 1 tbsp of cooking oil to a pan under medium heat and wait until oil is substantially heated.
6. Put ½ cup of butter on the pan and wait until butter is melted.
7. Add the minced garlic to the pan and wait until golden brown.
8. Drain and add shrimps to the pan.
9. Wait until the shrimps turn orange.
10. Season with 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of pepper, and sprinkle with Seoul Sisters Kimchi Seasoning.
11. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
12. Then separate stir-fried shrimps to a separate bowl (leave a little bit of buttered garlic on the pan).
13. Add 2-3 tbsp of tomato sauce onto the pan and mix.
14. Simmer with ¼ cup of soda and add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.
15. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
16. Sprinkle with Seoul Sisters Kimchi Seasoning
17. Add 1 tbsp of sugar and mix.
18. Add the shrimps onto the sauce mix and add minced green onions.
19. Wait until the sauce thickens and serve.
20. Sprinkle with green onions and Seoul Sisters Kimchi Seasoning (optional) and enjoy.
