Kimchi Baked Sushi
Ingredients
Rice
Vinegar
Salt
Sugar
Carrot
Cucumber
Seoul Sisters Kimchi Seasoning
Mayonnaise
Crab Meat Strips
Instructions
Mince carrots and cucumber and put it in a bowl.
Add the crab meat strips in the bowl.
Add mayonnaise.
Sprinkle Kimchi Seasoning and mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, put rice.
Add sugar, salt, and vinegar and mix.
Flatten the rice.
Add the crab meat, carrot, cucumber and mayonnaise mix on top of the rice and flatten as well.
Put in the oven for 20 mins under 170 degree.
After 20 mins, get the baked sushi and slice into square pieces.
If possible, put the baked sushi on roasted seaweeds. (optional)
